This page describes, in general terms, how personal information is handled on the Athlete Tracker Club platform. Each participating organization is the controller of the information its own families provide.
To operate registration and team management, the platform collects participant and guardian names, contact details, dates of birth, emergency contacts, and the answers organizations ask for during registration. Payment card details are collected and stored by our PCI-compliant payment processor, not by this platform.
Youth sports registration necessarily involves information about minors. That information is provided by a parent or guardian during registration, is visible to the administrators and authorized staff of the registering organization, and is used to operate that organization's programs.
Information is used to administer registration, build rosters and schedules, communicate with families about their programs, process payments, and meet the record-keeping requirements of the organization and its governing bodies. It is not sold.
Families should contact their own organization in the first instance, since the organization controls its own records. Platform-level questions may be sent to michael.mendoza@athletetracker.club.
