How to report a security issue with the Athlete Tracker Club platform, and how the platform is operated.

Reporting a vulnerability

Please email michael.mendoza@athletetracker.club with a description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure, and that testing does not degrade service for families or access data belonging to organizations other than your own.

How the platform is operated

• All traffic is served over HTTPS with certificates issued by a public certificate authority.
• Card details are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor and are not stored on this platform.
• Organization data is separated per organization, and administrative access is granted by each organization to its own staff.
• Administrative actions are subject to a granular, role-based permission model.
