These terms govern use of the Athlete Tracker Club platform by participating sports organizations and by the families who register with them.
Accounts are for the use of the person who creates them. Guardians may manage registrations on behalf of the participants in their family. Organization staff accounts carry administrative access to that organization's data only, and are granted by the organization.
The platform may be used to administer sports programs and communicate with participating families. It may not be used to send unsolicited commercial messages, to attempt to access another organization's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Program fees are set by the organization, not by the platform. Refund, cancellation and late-fee policies are the organization's own. Payment processing is performed by a third-party PCI-compliant provider; disputes about a specific charge should be raised with the organization that issued it.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Scheduled maintenance and platform updates may cause brief interruptions.
